Evaluation principles
Persistara can be evaluated alongside an existing workflow so its preserve, re-ground and hold decisions can be compared without controlling production outcomes.
The intended enterprise evaluation model is designed to support operation within customer-controlled infrastructure and agreed data boundaries. Exact access and retention requirements are defined before any pilot.
Validity decisions can be logged with source revision and transition evidence so technical reviewers can inspect why state was preserved, re-grounded or held.
Persistara is intended to sit alongside existing LLM, RAG, vector database and data-platform infrastructure rather than replace it.
Current Databricks work
The current prototype has been connected to Databricks Lakebase using OAuth-based authentication, rotating database credentials and Postgres-compatible state/evidence flows. Managed Agent Memory integration is a future technical evaluation, not a claimed production capability today.
