These terms apply to use of the public Persistara website. They are not a software licence, customer agreement, pilot agreement or enterprise service agreement.

Website information

The website provides general information about Persistara, its technical direction and selected benchmark evidence. Persistara is an early-stage technology in technical evaluation. Website content may change as the product develops.

Benchmark and technical claims

Benchmark results are specific to the stated workload, configuration and evaluation conditions. They do not guarantee equivalent savings, accuracy, latency or other outcomes in another environment. Any production evaluation should establish its own acceptance criteria and independent measurements.

No production reliance

Unless separately agreed in writing, material on this website should not be treated as a production service commitment, service-level agreement, security certification, legal advice or warranty that Persistara is suitable for a particular regulated or safety-critical use.

Intellectual property

The Persistara name, website content, graphics, documentation and proprietary technology are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Access to this website does not grant a licence to Persistara's proprietary software, algorithms, source code or other non-public technology. You may not misrepresent Persistara material as your own or use the website to obtain unauthorised access to systems or data.

The website may refer or link to third-party services. Those services operate under their own terms and policies. A reference to another product or company does not by itself imply endorsement, partnership or certification.

Availability and liability

We aim to keep the public website accurate and available, but do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every item will always be complete or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
